Training and Development

The challenges that frame the 21st century are more complex than even a few years ago. Traditional organisational levers are running out of steam. In order to motivate others to deliver high quality and consistent performance leaders need to have greater insights into themselves and others at every level.

PCL Process

Our clients decide upon the fabric of the training in terms of the outcomes and results they want from the process. PCL then works in partnership to design the strategy of the programmes. This will include the scope of specific modules. This will include themes in terms of content how they connect to current business challenges and how the programmes success will be measured.

Often our clients require:
  • 360 feedback before and after the training
  • One–to-one coaching to help integrate the course learning’s into effective working habits
  • Learning sets (groups of 3-6 individuals participating in the training) to provide both support and challenge throughout the training
  • That each participant constructs a PDP (Personal Development Plan) for circulation and comment from their colleagues and peers as part of the overall learning process.
