PCL Process

We work with senior people in the organisations in depth to distil the essential core qualities required and to make sure we have a secure business context. Once we have created with the client their success template as a guide we create procedures to identify both the ready now and the growing talent.

The process of evaluation is conducted through in – depth interviewing that may take three four hours. Psychometric testing is used as appropriate. Assessment center activity can be used both as a measure or part of a development process.

The interview part of this process is also suitable for selection purposes and can be taught or bought in.
