These short, dynamic programmes are designed to open a window of bright energy to the natural enthusiasm and curiosity to learn that is part of our natural state when anxiety and stress are removed. To play from outrageous self belief, deep empathy for others and wanton motivation is to inspire positive change around you.

Each module is specifically designed to open a window to your potential and deliver one or two pearls of insight that will keep your window vital, alive and open ~ in a one and a half hour time frame.

Power States for Peak Performance

How can you be sure you are playing at your best in every situation? Whether you are making an important presentation and need to motivate a large audience, or are engaged in an important one to one coaching session - you require different mental, emotional and physical states. In this module you will discover how to resource yourself to play at your highest level.


Persuasion Engineering

How do you get to where you want to go and be what you want to be? Whatever and wherever those questions take you, you will have to influence, inspire and motivate individuals, groups and maybe whole organisations. In Persuasion Engineering you will learn techniques for reading people's characteristics and style, gaining rapport, positively influencing people and deepening the relationship.

If you think you can or can’t you’re right! Whether beliefs are empowering or dis-empowering, they act as truths in how we think and what we expect. Next step will be to create your beliefs to powerfully propel you towards success.

Developing a high performing team is essential in winning anything. This includes increasing tempo and results in the organisation. Picking Winners shows how to identify and select the key players you need for success. Through using this process you will also be guaranteed a blueprint for motivating each individual and the team towards achieving high performance.

Designing Time

Each of us designs our time by the way we perceive it. This in turn determines our approach and attitude in dealing with a busy agenda.

There is never enough time to do everything in today’s environment. BUT, there is always time to do what is most important without getting stressed and agitated. This module will help you to understand how to step back and act strategically when you need to and how to quicken the pace for extra impact .


Leadership from the Inside Out

The first person you lead is yourself. Then you can successfully lead others. In this module you will explore the kind of leader you are and the style you prefer. From there you will explore the difference between character and persona and build a responsive attitude towards change, challenge and opportunity.


Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence (or EQ) overrides IQ every time. We all know what happens when we overheat. Are you confident you never let your emotions spill over into your decisions or when you are communicating with others? Understanding how to improve your ability to identify and channel your emotions intelligently will provide you with more opportunities to manage yourself and others more elegantly and efficiently.


Dynamic Coaching

Coaching is not only a vital business performance improvement tool; it is also a specific leadership style in its own right. During this practical workshop a process for coaching others will be taught, along with an exploration of the key concepts and tools that are used by those who are excellent at coaching, facilitating and developing other people.


The Corporate Shaman

Executives are charged with big responsibilities that require them to provide vision and direction for the organisation and its people. Behind the business plan there is a kind of magic that includes trusting your intuition and reading the signs in the market place.

In this programme you will explore some of the wisdoms and philosophies of the leaders of indigenous and ancient peoples. You will discover new pathways in the timeless knowledge of archaic traditions. This includes developing strategies through the use of the Shamanic wheel and how it applies to modern business challenges.


Costs

Each Agile Mind session comes with its own work book which contains learning materials and acts as a Personal Development Planner for each participant.

The cost for each programme is £1,200. In terms of participation each programme is designed to deliver to an audience size of between 10 and 50.


Two 4 One

Design a Programme that Works for Your Organisation. It is possible to combine any two modules from the menu into a continuous three-hour workshop. The cost for a Two 4 One programme is £2,000.
