Inner Leadership

Welcome to the world of Inner Leadership – our goal is to help people access and liberate their talent and harness their potential.

What we do know is that performance rarely equals potential. So we are working with a number of leading specialists in the talent development field to create and deliver a range of exclusive Inner Leadership programmes.  These programmes are specifically designed to help our clients access the great reservoir of inner talent available to them.   Each Inner Leadership programme will help you, your colleagues or, through coaching, your clients achieve peak performance and experience greater satisfaction and fulfilment both in their work and home lives. 

Our programme leaders are specialists in talent development, in identifying personal performance drivers and developing high performance from individuals, teams and leaders.  Our programmes provide a range of tool-kits and practical techniques to help clients unlock these inner talents and give them confidence and peace of mind in these untapped abilities when dealing with challenges outside of their comfort zones. 

Through attending these Inner Leadership programmes, clients learn how to:

  • Build trust in their own inner resources and capabilities and how to access these to deliver peak performance
  • Maintain emotional balance and mental clarity during times of pressure and conflict. Access step out skills to control their mind and emotions so that they can respond with confidence to challenging situations
  • Live and act from positions of authentic self identity, increasing their levels of genuine influence and leadership
  • Find greater job purpose, satisfaction, fulfilment and work life balance
  • Break ineffective habitual behaviours and beliefs that hold them back and create empowering belief systems that will motivate them and others
  • Better understand the relationship between their sense of identity, expectations and how people interpret them and how these impact on their day to day performance levels
  • Access, understand and interpret unconscious material to help remove the obstacles to untapped talent and performance
  • Reduce stress, improve decision making, communication, decision making and focus
  • Have greater choice in their physical, emotional and brain state to ensure they have the insight to take the best action.

Programmes for Corporate Clients

Peak Performance – This two day programme focuses on the connection of the key internal states (brain functions, cardio rhythms and breathing patterns), how they influence your personal resources and how to direct and organise them on demand to deliver personal excellence and peak performance.

The Agile Mind Modules These short, dynamic programmes have been designed to help you perform from outrageous self belief, deep empathy for others and wanton motivation to inspire positive change around you. Each module is specifically designed to open a window to your potential in a one and a half hour time frame.

Inner Leadership Beyond Emotional IntelligenceWithin this programme clients develop their emotional competences to help them connect to the human potency that is always available but very often lies latent. Our approach combines the principles of Emotional Intelligence with practical Inner Leadership techniques to help clients access their emotional competences to ensure they can connect to their latent potential and help them react in the most emotionally intelligent way to ensure they maximise their performance.

Managing Stress for Peak PerformanceThis programme helps clients increase their sensory awareness by spotting stressors early before they take hold physically and emotionally; develop their personal re-set code by breaking the stress loop; and choose the mental, emotional and physical condition that is required for them to achieve peak performance.

Inner Leadership CoachingThis two day programme has been developed to enable coaches to fully access and understand their clients’ situation and goals; tap into and unlock their full potential and their clients’ depths of inner talent; and help their clients to connect their authentic behaviour with their purposeful values so that they can achieve greater fulfilment.

Inner Leadership Talent Development Specialists


Dr John Eaton

Dr John Eaton PhD is a Consultant Psychologist with over 20 years experience in clinical practice and business consultancy.

Between 1996-2003 he was Senior Partner with Coaching Solutions and provided performance coaching and training for Executives in Vodafone, Servier Pharmaceuticals, Transport for London, Cadbury Schweppes, British Telecom, Citigroup, Standard Chartered Bank, HBOS, and AIT, amongst others.

Since 1989 he has worked both for the NHS and in private practice as a registered therapist and coach. He is the Founder of Reverse Therapy (2002) - an innovative Bodymind-focused approach to health, self-improvement and emotional intelligence.

He is a member of the British Psychological Society and has published the following articles and books:

Victor Marino

In 1982 Victor left the corporate environment he worked in with Xerox and Olivetti to seek out different styles of leadership and new methods of people development.
He investigated different approaches to improving personal and group performance. They included specific mind focusing techniques that accelerate learning, reduce stress and increase emotional stability.

He wanted to find ways of increasing employee motivation, developing leadership potential and channelling the human emotions, energy and vision of teams. Victor studied NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming, where he is an accredited trainer) in order to help people understand how to increase their effectiveness in decision making, communications and success modelling. He is also accredited in coaching and counselling.

Today Victor has created and developed methods of accelerated learning that include using more of your mind, mastery of your emotions enabling people to access and apply their full capability on demand.

Victor founded People Centred Learning to coach and develop individuals and organisations. His work takes him world wide.
